Marc’s story has always been tied to the local church, from the time his family moved to a new house, three doors down from a Baptist church. The Children’s Pastor came to their house and invited Marc and his brothers to AWANA. That quickly became their church home and would remain that until Marc joined the United States Air Force.
In his military career Marc worked in the Air Force Liaison Office (ALO), providing integration, command and control of U.S. Air Force assets in support of U.S. Army operations. While in the ALO group, he led the Training Department and the Standardization and Evaluation group at the Army’s Light Infantry Training Center. Marc also served in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, as tactical support to the 82nd Airborne Division.
When Marc separated from the military, he began his career in the airline industry in various management roles at American Airlines and United Airlines. At American Airlines he served as a Budget Analyst, Customer Service Manager, Ramp Service Manager, Operations Manager, and Airport General Manager at O’Hare International, John F. Kennedy Airport, Indianapolis Airport, and Raleigh-Durham Airport. At United Airlines he was the Area Manager for Ramp Operations at O’Hare and a Regional Manager in Corporate Real Estate, for Eastern U.S. and Europe.
In 2008 Marc joined the staff of Harvest Bible Chapel as a member of the Ministry Leadership Team, and Pastor of Family Ministries on the Elgin Campus. In 2011 he was asked to become the Executive Director of Harvest Christian Academy, a fully-accredited Pre-K through 12th grade school with nearly 700 students. He also served the Harvest Bible Fellowship as the Director of Training for church-planting.
Prior to joining the Integrus Leadership team, Marc was a client of Integrus Leadership since 2009. In 2013 Marc began as a part-time trainer during his summer breaks at Harvest Christian Academy, and then he joined Integrus on a full-time role in June 2016.
Marc and his wife, Jennifer (The Director of Kids Ministry at Harvest Bible Chapel) have five children. Their oldest son, Justin (USMA at West Point '08) and his wife Kerri reside outside of Dallas with Marc and Jennifer's three precious grandkids, Quinn, Madden and Ellery. Their oldest daughter Lilli attends Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. They still have three children in school at Harvest Christian Academy, Paige, Tommy, and Sofia.
Today Marc’s life and work is committed to equipping and encouraging Christian leaders to grow their churches, organizations and people they serve.
Marc is an almunus of Moody Bible Institute, holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Southern Illinois University as well as an M.B.A. from Dowling College in New York.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Blake has a unique combination of a desire to succeed, a passion to serve others, and an attention to detail. His passion and natural ability to lead guided him to a successful four-year career as a walk-on for the Texas A&M Basketball team. Throughout his four year career, Blake made the NCAA tournament, was named to both the SEC and Big 12 honor roll, earned team captain honors, and became a starter for the Aggies. Furthermore, his determination also helped him graduate with honors from the prestigious PPA Program at May’s Business School with a Bachelor's degree in accounting along with a Master's degree in finance.
Blake applies these qualities to his work with Integrus Leadership. He works specifically to organize, consult, plan, construct, and communicate innovative ways to serve various organizations. Blake also works directly with the leaders of these organizations to ensure they receive the maximum service to assist them as they perform, lead, and multiply within their own institutions.

DIRECTOR OF COACHING
Mike brings a lifetime of valuable experience to his position at Integrus Leadership with the vast majority of that time spent in athletics and administration. As Director of Coaching, he's currently in coaching relationships with many senior pastors and their staff members at churches across the country.
In a career that covers more than thirty years, Mike has had the rare opportunity to experience athletics in a variety of key leadership positions and at all levels. He has experience as both a high school and Christian college athletic administrator, as well as a college assistant and head baseball coach at several Christian universities.
Mike also was on staff with the San Diego Padres for ten years as a major league batting practice pitcher, along with three of those seasons as the defensive positioning coach. One of his favorite memories was throwing batting practice to the National League lineup for the 1992 All Star game.
Mike was also an international scouting supervisor for the Boston Red Sox for three years before joining us at Integrus Leadership. The highlight of those three years traveling all over the world was signing Xander Bogaerts out of Aruba, who is now the number two prospect in MLB and the starting shortstop for the Red Sox this season.
Mike's passion as a Christian coach has always been to impact the lives of his players. Their growth as individuals has always been first and foremost in his heart, and one of his great joys is that many of his players still stay in touch and seek him out for guidance and direction. His sports background has also given him the opportunity to be a guest speaker at a number of churches, camps, and conferences.
NON-PROFIT LEADERSHIP SPECIALIST
If you asked Meredith what she has learned from more than 12 years of experience in the nonprofit world – from the perspective of an employee, founder and entrepreneur, and as a consultant – she would say, “Every step is part of a beautiful, God-sized journey, and the bumps and challenges along the way are simply opportunities for innovation and growth! Regardless of the highs and lows, it’s important to remember who is really in charge. He is more powerful than all of us.” As a strategic thinker, out-of-the-box planner, and gifted facilitator, Meredith is passionate about helping people and organizations become their best.
Meredith grew up as a preacher’s kid in south Texas where she spent most of her growing-up and early adult years serving the inner-city. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and urban planning, she later received a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the prestigious Bush School of Government and Public Service. During her time as leadership consultant, she worked with some of the largest faith-based organizations in the United States. She has led numerous organizations in launching community outreach programs, and has personally developed a wide-spectrum of community-based programming that has served thousands of individuals in many cities.
In 2009, Meredith and her husband David launched True to Life Ministries (TTLM). TTLM brings hope, training, and support to those who are ready to overcome the barriers standing between them and self-sufficiency. The organization has grown to significantly impact communities across Brazoria County and beyond by redefining the paradigm of what it means to interrupt cycles of poverty, hopelessness, and constant struggle. As the Executive Director, Meredith currently leads a staff of 16 and an army of more than 400 volunteers.
Personally, one of her greatest passions is teaching people how to walk with Jesus. As a communicator, her humorous, conversational style has captivated thousands in settings ranging from large conferences to intimate retreats.
Meredith’s husband David is the Worship Pastor of their home church, Brazos Pointe Fellowship. Meredith, David, and their daughters Abigail and Ella live in Lake Jackson, Texas.
