Once you’ve identified your top candidates, we will complete an Integrus 360 behavioral analysis to explore their behavioral patterns, mindset, and approach. 

After the analysis is complete, our coach will conduct an in-depth debrief with you that explores culture and role fit, team alignment, and the candidate’s way of working.  

Based on our analysis, we’ll deliver recommendations for how to communicate and work effectively with the candidate.  

We’ll also share practical tips on how to coach and encourage the candidate based on their strongest motivators and demotivators so that you can maximize their potential from day one.
