Karen Durkin  

A proven leader and executive coach, Karen Durkin brings more than 35 years of business and ministry expertise. Karen is passionate about working with entrepreneurs, executives, and servant leaders who understand that it is character and faith that guide their efforts to lead others while contributing their talents in a fulfilling career. Her career includes serving as Partner at HRC Certified Public Accounting firm, Director of Administration of the Finance Shared Services Center at MGM Resorts International and has served on and supported numerous Boards of Directors of faith-based organizations. Karen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana. She currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Executive MBA program in the Lee School of Business at UNLV. Karen enjoys adventure, travel, and reading to learn about new people and cultures. She and her husband John have been married for 30 years and reside in Colorado. They are the proud parents and biggest fans of their two amazing children, Casey and Joy.
