Lyle’s ministry experience includes serving as a senior pastor, church planter, and an executive senior pastor at one of the largest churches in the nation. Lyle is the president of Integrus Leadership, a published author, and an in-demand speaker and preacher. A devoted husband and present father, Lyle has been married to Ronda for 32 years, and together they love creating spontaneous family fun with their two grown children, Michael and Jordie. Lyle’s a basketball enthusiast and enjoys a cold Dr. Pepper, a greasy burger, and sizzling fajitas.
