"I had been stagnant in a lot of areas of my life, I had accepted a life of passivity, and there was little growth in me professionally and definitely zero growth personally. Terry has been vital in helping me navigate this season and find out who I am in Christ as a professional, husband, father, son, friend, etc. He poured insight and wisdom into my life from his past experiences and it has been what I needed at that specific time. Growth is always a challenge – it is so vital there is someone there that you can trust and encourage you along the way."

"The coaching was very helpful, encouraging and insightful. Terry did a great job with allowing me to see that I'm doing a better job than I would have rated myself, simply through his confirmation of steps I was taking and giving me different perspectives as to why those steps were valuable. He also did a great job of quickly getting to the root of things when I mentioned a struggle or obstacle, along with ways to overcome. I believe the most valuable piece Terry was able to provide was the insight into not only leading my teams, but also working for my leadership and emphasizing areas that he knew they were watching and looking for me to be confident."
