Lyle's Keynote Topics:
The Rise and Fall of
Christian Empires.
Ditching the System to Build the Kingdom- If you've witnessed the erosive impact of a Christian empire, you know the way of Jesus is different. Jesus initiated a revolution built on his self-sacrifice and humility. Let's ditch the celebrity-making; God's people don't need another Savior, they need more shepherds doing the grounded, kneeling work of pastoral care.
Shell-Shocked: Making Sense of Your Team's Irrational, Frustrating & Distracting Behaviors.
You can be in leadership for decades and still bowled over by a teammate's destructive behavior. Instead of being stunned, you can be prepared––ready at a moment's notice to regroup your team from contention to cohesion.

Wrangling Chaos: Unlocking Transformation When Your Team is Scared to Change.
Reflect back on the last ten years of your leadership, has there been any season of significance without the necessity of innovation? Change is not only inevitable, but also the key to unlocking exponential growth. People are not opposed to change; they resist the chaos it creates. That's why you've got to know how to harness the chaos for transformation.
Good Shepherding: The Calloused Feet, Blistered Hands, and Tender Hearts of a Shepherd
Jesus is our best, truest model of a good shepherd. Always devoted to loving his people, Jesus is your true north. You can practice pastoral ministry with the tender care of Christ, but it takes vision, commitment, and practice.
