Pam, a military spouse for 25 years, served as a full-time volunteer for over 15 years. Among her notable accomplishments, she helped raise $3.2 million during a Military Bazaar in Germany, with $320,000 allocated for high school scholarships. She played a key role in establishing a disaster relief center for military families displaced by Hurricane Katrina. Her ministry work includes planting two Vineyard Churches, assisting as a Parish Facilitator for a Chapel in Germany, and helping its membership grow from 200 to 700. She also organized a community Easter “egg drop” for 10,000 people, featuring 50,000 eggs. Most recently, she served as Attendance Secretary for a high school with 2,100 students.
At Integrus, Pam plays a vital role as the travel coordinator, helping to get our coaches to cities across the country so they can work with our partners. As a member of the partner engagement team, she is also a touchpoint between our coaches and partners, helping to schedule leadership trainings and executive coaching.
Pam has been married to her high school sweetheart, Lance, for 40 years. She is the proud mother of twin daughters, Kate and Bethany. Her favorite pastime is spending quality time with her family, whether traveling through Europe or enjoying a movie night at home. Pam loves to entertain, cook, and care for others, with a heart dedicated to serving. Fun fact: Pam has moved 18 times, lived in four countries, and visited 17 countries on vacation.
