GROW IT

Break through your status quo

Leadership is all about mastering your behaviour to influence others and drive outcomes. Right now, the way that you live and work is influencing others every day – at work, at home and in your community. This Assessment is designed to identify how you approach 8 key areas of life and leadership so that you can break through your own status quo.

Routine

The way you approach your daily routine defines the rhythm of your life.

Relationships

Your circle of trusted relationships can either propel or limit your growth.

Skills

Your approach to skill-building affects your ability to adapt and innovate.

Habits

Your ability to create new habits that help you lead is a key to self mastery.

Resources

The way you mobilize resources to achieve your priorities sheds light on your mindset.

Adaptability

Your willingness to adapt and flex under pressure shapes your capacity for resilience.

Feedback

The degree to which you can receive and apply feedback illuminates the posture of your heart.

Growth

Your ability to intentionally set goals and pursue growth determines your capacity for longevity.

As leaders, what we do is important, but it’s the way we do it that sets us apart and determines our success. It’s time to put complacency in its place and step into the growth that you know you’re capable of.
