01. Complete Your Integrus360 Profile

The Integrus360 profile is a behavioural analysis report that provides you with insight and understanding on how you view yourself and how you are perceived by others in an organisational setting. By sending a brief survey to team members and personal contacts, we’ll source data on how you work in a team, how you affect culture, how you behave at work and how your work is perceived. After analysing the data, we’ll provide you with descriptions and interpretations that will help you assess where you are and identify actions for improvement.

The Integrus 360 profile is a data-driven, proprietary, behavioral assessment tool. Our profile is more robust than other personality tests, which typically end up boxing leaders into unchangeable traits. The Integrus 360 is unique to you. While many assessments become static reference points to describe the way you lead, Integrus 360 empowers your team to grow and change for the future. After sending a brief survey to your team members, we’ll provide your data points with actionable next steps to maximize your strengths and minimize your constraints.
